A Social Network Group (SNG) in the context of this paper is a group of people who come together to form a small scale business. The relationship between them is business. This paper provides a formal framework for SNGs and also models a rudimentary framework for computing dependability among SNGs. Dependability requirement is part of collaborator requirement, and it requires quantification. This paper studies dependability and provides a framework for computing dependability. The proposed model associates the sources of failures with error handling in specific layers, thus integrating dependability directly into the design of SNG modeling.
