Abstract

An attempt is made to generate a system that combines the present approaches to the control of production innovation projects. In the framework of the joint view, an approach based on modeling is suggested that is able to solve the principal problems that innovation managers face, namely, the problem of selecting and arranging information control media, the problem of searching for optimal values of project parameters, and the problem of studying a project and playing out possible situations on a model.
