Abstract

In this paper, consideration of the information aspects of the ontology of anthropogenic systems is continued. An additional category of boundary system information processes is introduced in the information base of anthropogenic systems that was considered earlier. The receptive information genesis underlying these processes is examined. The formulation of a interpretation model that describes boundary-information problems is proposed. It is concluded that information-decision systems have two components, i.e., a universal mechanism of one of the categories of system information problems and the domain-specific content of the respective models.
