Abstract

A design of Smart Home Remote Control System is proposed in this paper. It is based on ZigBee and Embedded Web Technology, to monitor and control the home environment remotely. The 32bits-ARM9 processor is the core of the system, and the Embedded Web Server Boa is established with Embedded Linux OS (Operating System). Combining with CGI (Common Gateway Interface) Technology, it is implemented to exchange data and information between the Server and remote users. And ZigBee wireless module CC2430 is to exchange data and information between information appliances and the Server. The experimental results reveal that Smart Home Control System can be achieved.
