Abstract

The TT&C (Telemetry, Tracking and Command) requirement and task description method are analyzed based on the background of navigation constellation with the inter-satellite-link. Aiming at the requirement, the corresponding math model of constrainted condition is studied. The constrainted model is verified by application instance and proved that it can be applied to schedule TT&C link on the navigation constellation.
