Abstract

The learning ability of students depends on how they learn and on how they acquire the knowledge. Studies indicate that, in general, 11% of people learn through hearing and 83% through sight. Also, people tend to remember 10% of what they read, 20% of what they hear, 30% of what they see, and 90% of what they say as they do things. While these figures are only approximate and subject to exceptions, they do indicate how teaching techniques might be improved.
