Abstract

Consensus building is a process in which individuals collectively make a choice from the alternatives and contribute their best to make a common decision. During the discussion, there will appear a case that after a certain utterance, individuals will fix their positions or change their ideas. This certain utterance is called "clue". This paper describes a quantitative research method is put forward to measure the information entropy change during the discussion for tracing "clue" in BBS tree structure. Finally a simple simulation proves the theory.
