This paper describes the methods of research to reveal the relationship between human mental disorders and the functional itch disorder. A hypothesis is suggested about the formation of a pathological system in a patient's body (and the disease; we conventionally call the system "Psikhozud"). To test the hypothesis, it is suggested that a model of this system be built using artificial-intelligence methods. Some information from systems theory is presented. The problems of the simulation of multi-agent systems are considered. The potential for using intelligent data mining based on the JSM method for the automatic generation of the behavioral patterns of the Psikhozud system is discussed.
