Abstract

In modern world the data storage is based on databases. The enormous scatter between the approaches and techniques caused by wide field of database applications brings every system manager to point where integration is required. In this paper we want to challenge the problems of heterogeneous data integration. We discuss a solution that can unify the data integration effort without a need to focus on a data model or schema particularities. The presented polyglot communication based on a network service will focus on an linkup entity that can further be elastically adopted to particular assumptions of the environment to be integrated. The discussed architectural design will depict the most common and well known issues in the area of distributed environment integration, like horizontal, vertical and mixed fragmentation, replication or integrated data storage sparsity problem. The design of the introduced linkup structure brings the benefits of unified platform independence and elastic configuration that later can also bring profits while in distributed environment.
