A survey of Mobile Patient Monitoring Systems is presented in this paper. Mobile patient monitoring systems have shown progress in terms of basic core functionalities needed for monitoring and detection of biosignals. However, their deployment is restricted to a small segment of health care delivery. The objective of this survey is to identify causes behind low deployment. We have selected twelve mobile patient monitoring systems and compared them against a set of functional and non-functional requirements.
