Universal Design is a concept that tries to make minorities' life, especially persons with disabilities, better: not only be by destroying physical barriers but also by trying to include them socially. Understanding the interpersonal communication process will serve for having ideas about how to develop it. The idea is to work on games and Entertainment in order to see the possibilities of offering more social inclusion to people that are design excluded.
