Abstract

In this study, we examined 615 host genes encoding 915 in-miRNAs as possible targets for interactions with all in-miRNAs. Host genes whose proteins are involved in esophageal, gastric, small bowel, colorectal, and breast cancer development were studied. Unique in-miRNA binding sites with a significance of p
