Abstract

The worldwide application of the P2P system results in an explosive expansion of information on its peer-to-peer networks, and it becomes a very realistic issue of considerable significance as how to help people effectively select and utilize valuable data. Combining to the information filtering technology, this paper builds a cognitive model designed for peer-to-peer network with an attempt to provide quick access to valuable information, and in the meanwhile, trying to eliminate those irrelevant data.
