With the proliferation of mobile devices, the collaborative way to share information and exchange knowledge within ecosystems increases exponentially the data volume and related issues (openness, sustainability, self-organization, and evolutionary model). Shared information needs to be better understood to produce an organizational knowledge for the overall ecosystem. This paper introduces a study and an architectural proposal of a collective intelligence blood supply chain (CI-BSCE). In addition, the paper carries out a case study aiming at identifying the requirements for it.
