Companies whose value is based on the information technology are under high pressure in order to deliver their products faster and with better quality. The current level of software performance is under the expectation and therefore, client and user have shown dissatisfaction with the product. Based on these arguments, the academy and market have been betting on the fundamentals of software development methodologies that add dynamic and quality on software development process. This paper proposes to investigate the maturity level of collaboration criteria, based on Collaboration and Agile fundamentals, by applying a maturity model to evaluating collaboration in a real agile project.
