Abstract

This article presents the interface of an implementation of methodsto manipulate equations of this form A1⊗&cdots;⊗Am where the Ai are matrices. The methods described are independentof m. The code is based on LAPACK andthe BLAS and supports virtually all of the matrix formatssupported by those packages. Timings of the implementation on severalmachines are also given.
