Abstract

We present our experience in integrating professional ethics into an introductory computer science course. The paper focuses on the ethics curriculum, assessment instruments and implementation results. Opportunities for upper-level courses, such as operating systems, cryptography, computer forensics, and bioinformatics are also discussed.
