Abstract

In previous articles, we have described the range of methods available if you want to evaluate a software engineering method/tool and the criteria you need to consider to select a method appropriate to your individual circumstances. In future articles we will describe some guidelines to help you perform quantitative case studies and feature analysis. However, in this article we would like to review some of the human factors issues that can affect an evaluation exercise.
