Writing concurrent programs in the Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) environment is a challenge. In this paper, we present a knowledge-based solution in which program properties are specifiable and verifiable. We demonstrate the usefulness of the solution by solving the mutual exclusion problem [4] for a set of processes competing for a method in a class.
