Let $A$ be an $n \times m,(m $$ \eta_{\theta}(y)=\inf\{\|(F^T, \theta g)\|_F: y\;{\rm is}\;{\rm the} \;{\rm minimum}\;2\hbox{\rm -norm}\;{\rm solution}\;{\rm to}\;(A+F)^Tx=b+g\},$$ where $\theta$ is a positive number. This problem is solved.
