Abstract

The nonlinear behavior of the op-amp power supply current and thedual translinear loop are analyzed. Closed-form expressions are obtained forthe harmonic and intermodulation components resulting from a multisinusoidalinput signal. These expressions can be used to predict the limiting valuesof the input current for a prespecified tolerable distortion percentage.
