Abstract

We consider the design of computer-enhanced teaching environment to be primarily a didactic task, and concentrate on representation of a domain structure and pedagogical view of the teaching process. At the core of our tutoring environment for computability topics is the ability of the system to engage students' previous knowledge of programming in comprehension of abstract concepts.
