Abstract

We present in this paper a new neural net called Bi-directional Multi Layer Perceptron (BMLP). Itsstructure is identical to the one of the classicalMulti Layer Perceptron (MLP) but it differs in itsneurons. Those neurons possess the bi-directionalconnections. The BMLP is capable to implement nonlinear transformations and their reverses forfunctional approximation problems.
