Abstract

Is it possible to do fixed-price eXtreme Programming projects? How does one bid on a project with changing scope? When is the project finished? These questions and others were addressed in the context of a successful project modeling infection and vaccination scenarios implemented in VisualAge Smalltalk for a noted pharmaceutical company. Interesting results and answers, as well as a short demonstration, will be presented.
