Abstract

The First International Workshop From SofTware Requirements to Architectures (STRAW'01) was held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on May 14, 2001, just before the 23rd International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE). In the following we give an overview of the motivation, goals, selection process and participation, workshop structure and activities, which includes a summary of presentations and discussions that took place during the workshop.
