Abstract

It is necessary to customise computer interfaces for South African users from different cultural groups who work on the same comuter system in a corporate environment? This question is addressed by a combination of a literature review and testing the ideas in a case study in South African financial institution.Both Components of the sutdy suggest that customized user interfaces may not be necessary for users of the same computer based systems in South African businesses.
