Abstract

From the Publisher:With the proliferation of computer software, a myriad of complex problems have appeared in copyright and patent law. The Ontology of Cyberspace is based on the concept that the cyberworld encompasses all computer-mediated phenomena. The author argues persuasively that the subjects of patent and copyright are in all important respects alike: man-made, intentionally produced objects, expressions of some kind, no different from books, songs, or machines.
