Abstract

Currently, in most computerized countries, rapid expanding gap between demand and supply has become a major social problem. The conventional strategy, that is, a way by increasing the number of software engineers, cannot solve software demand and supply gap. Therefore it has become a major important problem for us to make revolutional strategy which is based on rather qualitative methods.In this paper, modern software factory and its construction methods are described. Then, its following items are contained in this paper: new trend of software production, new concept and image of the software factory, and its engineering and the role of human factor.
