General construction of a two-sided surface patch of degree 2n is introduced and its main properties (degree evaluation, subdivision, etc.) are described. As an important special case the biangle patches suitable for inclusion into spline surfaces are presented. They are generalization of Sabin's two-sided patch. Applications are illustrated by freedom spline surfaces representing a sphere exactly.
