A method and its mathematical apparatus for formal graphic description and analysis of different complex systems are described. System analysis consists of three stages. In the first stage, an objective scenario is formulated as a graph of operations. In the second stage, the scenario is realized as a process-resource-object graph (prograph). In the third stage, the components of a prograph—objects and resources—are represented as tables and rules of operations over tables are formulated. An imitation modeling of a system is implemented and modeling results are expressed as sequential flow charts.
