Abstract

Optimization of nonlinear stochastic dynamic systems by information criteria is investigated, using a navigation system containing a controllable gyrostabilized platform as example. Dynamic programming technique is applied to design an orientation control for a gyrostabilized platform under general assumptions on perturbations. A numerical example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the approach.
