BT needs to bring new products and services faster into the market-place. Consequently, network and system components must be deployed more rapidly than ever. Successful integration and launch processes demand efficient, effective delivery and commissioning of new components followed by equally efficient day-to-day operational support. This paper discusses the support framework needed to satisfy these demands.
