Abstract

A model for estimation and optimization of expenditures in complex, multilevel, multilanguage, fuzzy environments based of expert assessments is described. The model makes it possible to choose an optimal set of resources required for solving the problem. Aspects of probability-theoretic interpretation of the approach under uncertain resources are considered. The approach is extended to the fuzzy case. An illustrative example is considered.
