The two last Interface columns discussed how to design pages for the World Wide Web. As more and more people create Web pages, it is getting increasingly difficult to find information 驴 even when you know exactly what you need. Susan T. Dumais is the director of the Information Sciences Research Group at Bellcore and has spent many years studying how people find things.
