Abstract

Knowledge management is important to software engineering because organizations need more than just human capital to successfully distribute and use their employees' knowledge. Knowledge might be inexpensive, but effectively using and managing is not. This article reviews KM practices at Infosys, highlighting KM's importance and benefits.
