On covering of products of fuzzy finite state machines

Abstract

In this paper we have given several ways of constructing products of fuzzy finite state machines and their mutual relationship, through isomorphism and coverings. Products called direct sum and sum of fuzzy finite state machines are introduced. Some algebraic properties of these products are investigated.It is proved that the wreath product of two fuzzy finite state machines covers their cascade products. Similar relationship holds in direct sum and sum of two fuzzy finite state machines. An interesting distributive property of cascade product over the sum of fuzzy finite state machines in relation to covering of fuzzy finite state machine is established.
