While Peer-To-Peer systems find application on several every day issues, a number of file swapping networks started to emerge. As they got increasingly widespread, certain patterns became apparent. Uneven flow of data and intersperse congestion points compromised interdomain quality of service. In this paper we present PeerCaster, a dissemination system based on a specially designed mobile agent platform as a mean for distributing high-demand files without clogging the host computer. Our focus is on the structure of this platform in order to accommodate custom agents for scheduling and delivering content.
