Design of WWW-based frontend for distributed computing systems running scheduled tasks in parallel is discussed. A model implementation for DOUG package (Domain Decomposition on Unstructured Grids) is given. The interface consists of input-output forms, task queueing-scheduling system and administrative tools. MySQL database and PHP scripts are used as building blocks for advanced computational environment accessible for groups working together in the Internet across distinct locations. Various implementational issues are discussed including system security and its testing. An approach to program development of the WWW-interfaces for computational packages is presented.
