Abstract

Normative documents are used to record knowledge about "what" and "how" regarding goals or purposes the organisation must achieve, and products or services the organisation must produce or provide. In cases, when normative documents are complex and must be understood by individuals that have not been involved in their development, graphical representations of the document contents, and of the relationships between the documents may serve as facilitators of better comprehension of the documents.
