This paper presents a set of negotiation protocols among agents in order to schedule a meeting. The set of protocols take into consideration the preferences and the privacy needs of the owners of the agents. Simulation on the eficiency of the protocols, in terms of the how satisfied the group is with the resulting scheduled time slot are presented. Strategic alternatives for the behavior of the agents are presented and analyzed.
