The paper is focused on a DATR-theory of Bulgarian noun inflectional morphology. It takes into account the morphosyntactic nature of the grammar feature of definiteness in Bulgarian, and argues for a specific computational approach of interpretation. The constructed semantic network is explained in details, supported by a particular linguistic motivation. The grammar feature of gender is accepted as a starting point of the encoding, and a possible query to be evaluated is given as a result.
