This paper analyses e-CRM and the problems that we may find trying to achieve an effective and two-way relationship between customer and vendor. Most of these problems relate to the fact that there is not direct contact between these actors because the web is the buying channel. This paper focus on understanding those problems, their effects on effective commercial relations and finally explains how to achieve a better understanding of the clients making Life Cycle Behavioural Models by means of mining the client's purchasing behaviour in a web site.
