The paper present one way of contextual information incorporation into continuous speech recognition systems and an application of the neural network (multilayer perceptron) to context dependent phoneme recognition. An overview of the problem is given and a survey of these techniques considered from the point of training set creation and the hybrid system interconnection is presented.
