In this paper, we propose a scalable framework for secure group communication that not only supports the source authentication, integrity and confidentiality of the group traffic, but also enforces the join secrecy and leave secrecy. Providing security-enhanced services mentioned above for group communication is problematic without a robust group management. The framework adopts two-level group management to improve the scalability problem. To ensure secure group communication it enforces four processes: registration, auxiliary key distribution, re-keying, and secure traffic with source authentication.
