Abstract

An improved method for watermarking images in the discrete wavelet transform domain is introduced based on complementary modulation proposed by Lu et al. The enhancement is performed by utilizing Reed Solomon error control coding, and modulate the data and parity separately. In addition, we raise comments on the method for combating StirMark random geometric attack which was suggested by those authors, and we offer an alternative method to do so.
