Multi-path can be a significant contributor to poor detection performance in radar groundmoving target tracking systems. Recently, ground multi-sensor networks have been used to detect and track targets.Unfortunately, such networks can only bedeployed in a limited area compared with the coveragepossible using a radar. We thus show how in those areaswhere multipath contributes to detection errors how theground sensor network can improve performance.
