In this paper we present a set of visual interfaces to query newspapers databases with conditions on their contents, structure and temporal properties. Query results are presented in various interfaces designed to facilitate the reformulation of query conditions and the analysis of the temporal distribution of news. The group of techniques and tools here described has shown useful for the temporal analysis of information from documents in a way that current systems do not support.
