In this paper, a new proposed QoS (Quality of Service) model has been presented for the MS NetMeeting videoconferencing application on IP based networks. It saves more than 44% of the consumed bandwidth, and 72% of the consumed buffers inside the core routers than the Qbone model. Section 2.2, presents the packet capturing experiment for the MS NetMeeting to design the inputs' generators. Sections 3.1 and 3.2 highlight on the architecture and the implementation of the new proposed model. Section 4, discusses different simulation scenarios applied to this model and the results obtained. Section 4.1 describes the No Loss real-time meter design. Sections 4.2 and 4.3 present the aggregation, and IP Multicast results from node delay and bandwidth/buffers savings points of view. Finally, sections 5 and 6 summarize the model performance analysis and the future work that should be done to modify this model.
