In this paper an algorithm based on Adomian's decomposition method is developed to approximate the solution of nonlinear algebraic equations. The conditions of the convergence which depend on the coefficients of the equation are found. The truncation error of the method is obtained. Special cases of the nonlinear algebraic equation are solved using the modified algorithm. The presented work shows that the modified approach gives improvements over existing techniques.
