Abstract

This paper describes an XML lab that was assigned in a programming languages course. It explains why XML has become important. It briefly describes some related technologies. It gives information on what was needed by the students to complete the lab. It describes the required lab for the class. The lab assignment, and an example of each of the three files is given in the appendices.
